When will your order be processed
Each one of our pieces is custom made especially for you. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery or contact us for rush orders at 1.877.565.1284 / e-mail us at info@danielgibbingsjewelry.com.

Shipping Costs
Your order will ship fully insured via Fed-Ex at a flat rate of $ 25 for Fed-Ex overnight. (For insurance reasons, a signature is required for all fed-ex shipments; we cannot deliver P.O box addresses.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax will only be collected for orders shipped to addresses in the state of California.

Return Policy
At Daniel Gibbings Jewelry, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely content, you may return any unworn and undamaged item(s) within 10 days for a full refund, exchange or credit*

*Credit will only be valid from 1 year from the date of purchase.

Sale items and special customized orders are final sales. No return or exchanges are accepted.

Return Process
Orders must be returned 10 days of receipt in the original packaging, in unworn condition accompanied with the original receipt. All merchandise should be returned with shipping pre-paid and insured to Daniel Gibbings Jewelry. You must follow the instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the process of return. (Credit issued will not include the original shipping fee).
